Das Projekt ‚Kohl / kål / 양배추‘ besteht aus Performances, einem Workshop und einem Austausch über Kochkultur aus Dithmarschen, Norwegen und Korea, verbunden mit gemeinschaftlichem Essen. Am 11.10. sind wir in Heide auf dem Wochenmarkt, am 12.10. in Lunden – genauere Informationen folgen in Kürze.

The artists Susanne Irene Fjørtoft (Norway), Marit Tunestveit Dyre (Norway), Kyuja Bae (South Korea/Norway), and Frauke Materlik will be working together in Dithmarschen in October. They will explore the themes of landscape, agriculture, and nutrition in a variety of ways:
The project „Kohl / kål / 양배추“ consists of performances, a workshop, and an exchange on culinary culture from Dithmarschen, Norway, and Korea, combined with a communal meal. We will be at the farmers‘ market in Heide on October 11th, and in Lunden on October 12th – more details to follow shortly.
